Aflah Elouneg is a 4th-year PhD candidate in cotutelle between Université Bourgogne Franche-Comté and University du Luxembourg. His research focuses on characterizing the mechanical properties of keloids. He is particularly interested in developing open-source numerical tools to aid the surgeon in quantifying the stress field of keloids and their preferential tension direction to prevent their growth.
