Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On behalf of the Keloid Research Foundation (KRF) and the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Biology at Thomas Jefferson University, we are delighted to extend a warm welcome and a cordial invitation to join us for the 4th International Keloid Symposium that will be held at Thomas Jefferson Univerisity in Philadelphia, June 9 –12, 2020.

The aim of this four-day symposium is to bring together many clinicians and researchers to discuss the challenges of the keloid disorder. The organizing committee is preparing an extraordinary program that will cover almost every aspect of this disorder with exceptionally strong scientific and clinical content, from cutting-edge laboratory research to current treatment approaches, pros, and cons of surgery, radiation, cryotherapy, chemotherapy, laser treatments, and other non-surgical interventions.

Our 2019 meeting in Beijing was a truly international event with participants from 18 countries. What we learned in Beijing was that the upcoming 2020 meeting should be a four-day event to allow additional time for much-needed dialogues and discussions among the speakers and the participants.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.

Yours sincerely,

The Organizing Committee
